Day 3 Collections Of Raees & Kaabil Are Out! The Actual Competition Has Started Now!

On the first day of the clash between Raees and Kaabil, things seemed to be one-sided. Yes, the clash favored Raees as it earned 10 crores more as compared to Kaabil, thanks to SRK’s power.

On the 2nd day too Raees was leading, but Kaabil showed a massive growth i.e. 80 percent; from 10.43 crores, it jumped to 18.67 crores and on the other hand, Raees just showed a 30 percent growth. So, with respect to growth trends, Kaabil took the lead here.
Now, on the 3rd day, the gap between both the movies has shortened. This was but obvious; since Friday was a working day, there was an expected drop in the collection of both the movies. Let’s have a look at the numbers….

Raees collections!

On Friday, there was a 50 percent drop in the collections of Raees; it earned 13.11 crores, bringing the total to 59.83 crores. However, makers will be super happy as it has successfully entered the 50 crores club; woahhhh! Weekend collections are expected to witness a substantial growth.

Day 1- 20.42 crores
Day 2- 26.30 crores
Day 3- 13.11 crores
Total- 59.83 crores

Kaabil collections

On the other hand, Kaabil’s 3rd day collections were very close to the opening day numbers. On Friday, it minted 9.77 crores, bringing the total to 38.87 crores. Even the Hrithik Roshan starrer witnessed a 50 percent drop in the figures; but there are hopes that it will pick pace on the weekend.
Day 1- 10.43 crores
Day 2- 18.67 crores
Day 3- 9.77 crores
Total- 38.87 crores
Talking about the 3rd day collections, Raees was just 3 crores ahead of Kaabil; this is real competition and tables might turn very soon. It would be interesting to see how the Saturday-Sunday collections are….
Both the movies are doing awesome and are fighting hard to maintain a stable pace! Did you watch both the flicks? Do share your views in our comments section below…

Serena Williams beats Venus Williams 6-4, 6-4 to win Australian Open for 7th time

Serena Williams cruised to a 6-4, 6-4 win against sister Venus Williams in Melbourne on Saturday to win the 2017 Australian Open. Williams won the trophy for the seventh time in her chequered career. It was also the American’s 23rd Grand Slam title, a record in the Open era. She beat veteran Steffi Graf’s tally of 22.
Serena Williams had a slow start in the final, failing with her first serve on several occasions and handing cheap points. However, her sister Venus did not capitalise on it and the 35-year-old bounced back with a series of ferocious aces [10 overall] and broke Venus’ serve in the seventh game of the set.
After wrapping the first set, 6-4, Serena Williams took an early lead in the second. Once again, Venus Williams was culpable of making far too many unforced errors [25 overall] when she had to nick points in the rallies to get back in the contest. After breaking in the seventh game, Serena Williams didn’t look back and raced to the title. She did not drop a single set all through the tournament.

India Vs England: Here is the probable India XI for 2nd T20I in Nagpur

After suffering a humiliating defeat against a clinical England side in the first Twenty20 international encounter in Kanpur, Virat Kohli-led Team India would be desperate to make a comeback and win the second T20I at Nagpur on Sunday (Jan 29).

India were badly bruised and battered by England after hosts were beaten by 7 wickets in the first T20I with 11 balls to spare.

England completly outclassed the Indians in every department of the game at Green Park to take a significant 1-0 lead in the three-match series. (India lose T20I opener) England kept things tight for India from the start and never allowed the game slip away from their hands. First restricting hosts to a paltry 147 in 20 overs, the visitors then took on the offensive against Indian bowlers while chasing. The disappointing loss in Kanpur, would perhaps force Indian skipper Kohli and team management to make some alterations in the Playing XI in Nagpur. Though Kohli wouldn't make major changes but a couple of changes are certainly warranted to more edge to the Indian side against a dominant Eoin Morgan & Co. whose confidence will be on a high after must win in the first game.

Here is what India's Playing XI might look like against England in Nagpur:

1. KL Rahul

2. Virat Kohli

3. Suresh Raina

4. Yuvraj Singh

5. MS Dhoni

6. Rishabh Pant

7. Hardik Pandya

8. Amit Mishra

9. Yuzvendra Chahal

10. Jasprit Bumrah

11. Ashish Nehra

A gigantic radio telescope in China is ready to start listening for alien transmissions

When it comes to picking up the sounds of the cosmos, bigger is definitely better. China’s gigantic new radio telescope, at a whopping 500 meters across (1,640 feet), is the now the largest of its kind in the world. The final, shiny tile of the dish was put in place on Sunday, and China’s National Astronomical Observation agency expects the telescope to begin the process of collecting data in September.
The telescope is set in the top of a mountain in the remote Qiannan region of China’s Guizhou province in order to reduce the potential for interference from cell phones and other devices. Eliminating earthly signal pollution is critical if China wants to fully reap the benefits of its $180 million investment, so China forced over 9,000 people to relocate to accomplish this. There is a remote operating facility for the telescope in Beijing.
The bigger the reflective dish, the fainter the radio signals the antenna can pick up, and China is hoping to pick up some incredibly faint signals, like the signature of gravitational waves interfering with radio signals from distant magnetized stars called pulsars.
China is also hoping the giant telescope, called the 500-meter Aperture Spherical Telescope, or FAST, can find evidence of life on distant planets. Peng Bo, head of the National Astronomical Observation agency, told the Chinese state news agency Xinhua that FAST’s chances of finding evidence of extraterrestrial life “will be five to 10 times that of current equipment, as it can see farther and darker planets.”
While the telescope would pick up any radio messages sent by faraway civilizations, Chinese scientists hope to use the telescope for the more modest search for amino acids outside our solar system. Amino acids are the basic units that make up proteins, and if they’re found in space then it’s a good indication that some sort of life could be lurking nearby.
Current equipment doing this kind of work includes Puerto Rico’s Arecibo Observatory and Germany’s Max Planck Institute Effelsberg telescope, both of which listen for radio signals from space. Arecibo was previously the largest radio telescope of its kind, stretching 300 meters across a Puerto Rican mountaintop, but once the FAST comes online it will be bumped to the number two spot. Germany’s telescope is only 100 meters across, and even though its antenna dish can be moved to focus on different areas of the night sky, it’s still not as sensitive as the FAST.
Once FAST is fired up in September, scientists will spend two to three years calibrating and adjusting the antenna and receivers. Then the telescope will be open to scientists around the globe, and the information from faraway worlds should start rolling in.

How To HIIT The Gym

Short on time to work out? When it comes to burning fat, that’s a good thing!

What is HIIT?

High intensity interval training (HIIT) involves alternating between high and low intensities, and only requires a handful of minutes to reap the benefits. That makes it an especially effective exercise option for anyone short on time—but it’s beneficial for us all. Interval training is the best of both worlds because it combines strength training and cardio, which encourages the development of lean body mass—required for a healthy metabolism. Though HIIT has been around a lot time, it’s all the rage lately, with new studios opening up everywhere. But good news: You can accomplish the same activities and fat burn in your local gym! Try group training sessions if available, or build your own workout (more on that below).

How Does it Work?

The best part of incorporating HIIT actually comes after your workout. High intensity interval training raises your resting metabolic rate anywhere between 24-48 hours after you’ve finished your workout. This means you’ll be burning more fat just walking around being you than you would without HIIT in your routine.
This occurs because biologically, we are meant to move two ways: aerobically (traveling long distance on foot) and anaerobically (like sprinting away from danger). Anaerobic training, like HIIT, recruits fat for fuel, leaving us with strong, lean bodies that have healthy hearts, speed, and power.
You don’t need a formal class to put this HIIT training into practice. There are endless timed routines online you can use, or fashion your own featuring many exercises that involve little-to-no equipment.

How to Build Your Own HIIT Routine

  • Always use a dynamic warm-up. This athletic-based warm-up primes the body for movement and helps correct faulty movement patterns.
  • If you plan on doing HIIT on a day you also lift weights, do it at the end of your workout to maximize that fat-burning window. This will also allow you to maintain high energy and good form while lifting.
  • High intensity means high for you. HIIT is meant to push you past your anaerobic threshold, but everyone has to start somewhere. As you near your threshold, you will be out of breathe and unable to carry on a conversation. Your muscles and lungs may feel uncomfortable. If you’re new, just “touch” on that feeling as opposed to maxing out every time.
  • Make sure to incorporate resistance training using compound movements like push-ups, pull-ups, squats, and kettlebell swings. You’ll get more bang for your buck as these recruit the most muscles and burn the most calories.
  • Superset (do two moves back-to-back) or circuit a few moves to keep it interesting. For example:
    • 30/15 (30 seconds work, followed by 15 seconds rest) Mountain Climbers + Jumping Jacks
    • 45/15 (45 seconds work, 15 seconds rest) Alternating Overhead Dumbbell Press + Reverse Lunges + TRX Row + Sandbag Front Squats
  • Use cardio equipment occasionally. For example:
    • Stairclimber – 60 sec high speed/60 sec low speed, repeat
    • Bike “Tabata” – 20 sec sprint/10 sec rest, repeat
    • Treadmill Sprints – 40/20 walk/incline walk, walk/jog, or run/sprint
  • Download a HIIT timer on your phone to ping you when it’s time to work, and time to rest!

How to Submit Your Site to Search Engines

We highly recommend manually submitting your website pages to the search engines. That said, the search engines give no guarantee of ranking your page because you have manually submitted it.  It is a tool that we use to let the search engines know that we have new information to share.
We suggest manual submission of your site's pages to Google, Yahoo! and Bing because they have made it apparent that it is what they prefer. The search engines have implemented manual submission as a best practice to protect themselves from extreme levels of spam.
It is important to submit your site's pages to all of the major search engines (Google, Yahoo!, Bing) because even though the other engines have less traffic than Google, they still have millions of users. When you submit a URL or domain name to the search engines, it could take anywhere from two to four weeks to get indexed. Sometimes your page will not get indexed after you submit it, if that occurs, wait four weeks and then resubmit the page again.
If you are unhappy with your web page's ranking results, take a look at what your competition is doing.  Make sure you are following the basic rules of search engine optimization.  Make changes to the page and resubmit it to the search engines. You can submit your pages a maximum of two times per month until you are listed in the major search engines' results.

Submit Site to Google

Google's URL submit is very quick and easy. Just go to Google's web page for URL submitting, type in your URL, type in the message that ensures Google you are an individual not a software robot and click "add URL."
You can also submit your site map to Google via their Webmaster Tools.

Submit Site to Yahoo!

Since 2010, Yahoo search has been powered by Microsoft's Bing search engine. When you submit your site to Bing you will also show up in Yahoo's search results. See below on how to submit your site to Bing.  Yahoo! had a paid submission process in the past, although Yahoo! Directory is no longer available.

Submit Site to Bing

Bing allows you to submit your URL, just like Google.  You will first need to have a Bing login, then go to Bing's Webmaster Tools page. Once logged in simply type in the URL of your homepage and press "submit". You will also want to have the URL for the .xml version of your sitemap readily available, as it will ask for this in the first step of submitting your domain. After submitting you will have to verify ownership of the domain. This can be a little tricky if you are not savvy with HTML, as you will need to add a small snippet of code to the header of your site in order to pass this verification process. Once verified, you are finished!

Submit Site to Ask

Ask no longer allows you to submit your sitemap. This was a feature they disabled, and now solely crawl sites.
At Smart Solutions, we add all of our clients' sitemaps to the auto-discovery directive, robots.txt.  This ensures that all of the search engines automatically know about your sitemap.  It does not hurt to manually submit your sitemaps, for the search engines that allow it.

Back to School – For Financial Peace

http://pringle007.blogspot.in/2017/01/back-to-school-for-financial-peace.html?zx=cadc57d33e6a647c

When we got married in August 2014, we were both fresh out of college, had never really lived on our own (aside from the two months I lived with two of my best friends the the summer before the wedding), and we had mounds of student debt.  Honestly, the amount of debt we have is horrifying.
If you’ve never been in debt, it is not a good feeling.   We both have quite a bit of Federal Loan debt and I have a mountain of private loan debt.  The interest we gain each month on the private loans pretty much evens out with the payments we make each month.  Even from the first month of making payments it felt like we would never keep up. We are blessed to have my parents helping us out paying a little bit towards our student loans each month, which we are beyond thankful for, but it still felt like we weren’t making any progress on our loans.
We knew we needed a strategy.  I spend hours researching if it was more wise to pay our largest debt first (avalanche ) or our smallest debt (snowball).  In this research, I stumbled upon some resources by Dave Ramsey.
If you are struggling with money, I highly recommend that you look into taking a Financial Peace university class.  We already feel like there is hope for us and we have set some really high goals!  We are excited to share our Financial Peace journey with you as we go along, and we hope to encourage you to handle money  the way God wants us to!
